Profesor 12°: The Story of a Beer

Every one of our products has its own story. Today, we’re introducing our very first beer: Profesor 12°. We brew it at our partner brewery. It’s a bottom-fermented lager produced using the decoction mashing method and triple-hopped, giving it a full-bodied flavour with a gentle bitterness.

The name honours Professor Šamberger, a native of Kouty and a key figure who left an indelible mark on local history. His bust still overlooks the brewery grounds to this day – and it was this very bust that inspired the name of our beer. We wanted to pay tribute to the people who laid the foundations of our local tradition and connect the past with the present.
